Phathead has been in radio since 1995. He started at WRHU/Hofstra University and hasn’t looked back since. His first professional experience was interning for The Howard Stern Show in 1997. Since then, over the past 30 plus years, Phathead has been involved with dance music, Top 40, adult contemporary, and found his forever home with country music in 2011. He currently runs WJVC on Long Island and has also hosted the morning show since the station sign on back in January of 2011. Phathead also co-produces and co-hosts a syndicated new music show called “Country Fresh Radio”.
